Yeah definitely more expensive than buying another Xbox and using system link.  <

Here's something interesting.  Wonder if it would work.  Cheaper than I thought.

You'd have to get the XBOX to be output to VGA but there are ways to do that.

Are you sure that doesn't just make two outputs (sorta like a cable splitter). It doesn't look like it says anything about dividing the image.

This makes public broadcasts from a single computer very feasible. If you want to display the same information on many monitors at once, such as in a classroom environment, or at a demonstration, this product performs incredibly well.

That sounds to me like it just take one vga signal and makes two.

If you feel like building it yourself I think that this is what you need.

yea i am pretty sure theres an easy way to do this for 20 bucks.

i own a cable that i put in the video cable spot on the xbox and it goes out to both AV cables and S video...its like a see through clear cord.  its like 20 bucks at any blockbuster or best buy.  you could use one tv with AV and one with S Video....it would PROBABLY work  <

Read the first post. He doesn't want to output the same video to both monitors. He wants to split the image down the middle so that the two player split screen would be on two different monitors instead of on one.  <

its not possible because the ouput can only come through the one port and they never planned on this but it would be soo awsome for xbox 2.  :D  :D   <

You appear to be correct.  Sorry.  I was looking through a bunch of video wall devices and came across that and guess I didn't read it too closely.  It was too inexpensive to do that...I should've known.  <

for a while now i've been using the two tvs in my bedroom to play halo with my mates. it needed a crappy scart cable and junction box and quite a bit of wire cutting, stripping and soldering but what i got was a box that split the signal so that both tvs display the same signal (and no a standard double anded scart cable does not work). then i divide my room into two with a huge sheet, cover over the other persons portion of the telly with a pillow case and hey presto, sort of system link (ish). anyway that was besides the point, is it possible to modify the signal so that each telly only displays what each person wants to see, in other words no need for pillow cases and lots of tape?

sorry for the long winded post but i just wanted to knw if its been done?

cheers
