Remote Control Problem

Hi there !

Here's my problem !
I've got Evolution X as dashboard and it seems that my remote control (official) works partially. For exemple, when I play a DVD film with MS Dashboard, DVD-X etc, when I push the "forward" button, my xbox reboots !
Please help me !
