Mostlikely it was not the .XBE that was altered. Was it?   If so then it was just someone messing with the .ini files.

Maybe someone could post the content of the proper .ini files to the forum or possibly host them some where.   Then it would not matter what vesrion you got as long as they used the proper .ini's from here.

Regardless of how easy it IS to install evox manually, using slayers is great for people doing up friends boxes, not having to spend hours getting ALL the other crap together and installing it all seperately, and getting everything tuned and set. If slayers were JUST an evox installer, hardly anyone would have a use for it...

it takes hours to put evox on ur xbox then ftp software you could use? damn you must be real slow then or just really dramatic for it to take HOURS, whatever happened to people learning how to do things for themselves regardless of how long it takes, the feeling of being accomplished at doing it yourself is much more rewarding than downloading slayers and using that. guess not that many ppl take pride in doing things for themselves these days even when it doesnt involve HOURS as you exaggerate to.

It amazes me how people like yourself, GLaCiERDC, that seem to hate all that I have done , spend more time in here than anyone else and keep badgering other people.

I guess you forgot to acknowledge that this simple "script editor" as you call me seems to have the most popular Xbox toolkit to date, not to mention a whole team of people dedicated to helping others real-time in the IRC channel.   I fail to see almost any other group supporting their FREE product with such vigor and dedication while never earning a penny for any of this.

A lot of people tried to make their own, even some almost entirely based on mine and I congratulate them for their efforts. However, SlaYer's is still #1

Some fool even tried to sell my installer on eBay  that was short lived but funny nonetheless.
