I used the ini that came with the installer, and the first line is "launch dvd" clicking this resets my xbox and the game doesn't boot. It only boots when I either have a game in the drive already(with auto launch enabled) or when I put a game in the tray and close it(with auto launch enabled). either way, my xbox reboots/resets when I click on this, is there a way to fix it?

I've downloaded 2 versions, the final is an NRG, I can SEE the files but I can't unpack them. I was using ISOBUSTER, to no avail. What's a good program to use? Or how do I burn in Nero, what settings should I use??

You don't have to extract it. Just burn it with Nero.

I used winrar to extract it. Or if you burned it you can access the dvd while it's in the xbox via FTP and copy it to your HDD.

I installed EvoX. You can see and change your IP in system settings. Try winrar to extract.

If u install the nero virtual drive, u might have luck to mount the image. Dunno, never tried it ...
