It's an issue with your TV, not your X-Box.  It's called overscan.  Some TVs have too much overscan.  On some TVs, this can be adjusted through a service mode (kind of like adjusting the height and width on a PC monitor)

Plasma TVs and LCD don't have this kind of problems...so Buy a 42" plasma and play!  pop.gif

LMAO.....somebody should tell them...I say the x-s owners should start a something to get the programmers interested in helping the stupid folks with big tvs from 93-99.... shit id buy a new one but i dont want to waste money when i have a tv that plays original xbox games and dvds with no overscan problem.....so i would figure if they can run fine why cant homebrew stuff run fine....

so i will have to disagree with you saying its a hardware issue...when some folks like the video game companies and dvd comes stuff fits perfectly on screen.

:-D hmm....he going to beat me up i know it....

yea its a problem with overscan on some tv's.  one of my tv's the skins are "off the edge" and the other its fine and they are the same size tv's.  One way to fix is to manually edit the skin to be smaller but thats a pain in the ass.  I believe MXM dash will have a screen calibration feature if it doesn't already.

Yes,  EvoXPreviewer  http://dwl.xbox-scen...nconf/epv05.zip

It's all flash and makes skin configs pretty painless.

There used to be a program called "evox skin patcher" which resized skins - I got it off xbins last fall.  I don't know if it's still there, but it might be worth a look...
