What games specifically?  What bios are you using?  What program are you using to rip them?  What exactly can't you get to work and when does a game fail?

We need more info to offer any type of real solution without writing a manual.

I'm having the same issues. I'm using HDD loader as well, but I cannot get it to recognize my games (MechAssualt and Bond) all it does is load these video_ts files onto my hd.

I am a new to this, but I sometimes have the same problem of it only loading the video files. To solve this I put the disk in after my dashboard has loaded and wait a until it is done. If I run anything else the disk only loads the video files and I have to reset. I hope this helps

If they are on the HDD and launched through Evo-x (why else would you have posted here?) then try turning off all IGR (there are 3 i think) in the settings menu and save changes, the IGR seems to cause alot of headaches for alot of people.
