I just installed a new HD, and I transfered everything from C and E onto the new drive, but when I goto play on Live my accounts are missing. Anyone know where I can find them?

to save you the trouble do this:

turn your modchip off

go to xbox live on the orig xbox dash

and use account recovery

it should recover all your gt's

1)Put back original HDD then copy to a memory card and then transfer to your new locked Hdd.
2) go to online account recovery and try to fill as much information about your account when you first register.
3) If you don't remember detail about your account, just call M$ and answer the question scorrectly and M$ will fill in the missing information.

to save future missing account, either you should write down all the information you filled when you sign up for Live or simply acquire a memory card and sotre the account information.

One last question. I got a memory card, but I can't copy the Live accounts to it. Do I have to ftp or something?
