I have Evox Installed on one, and not on the other. Both

are hooked up to seperate TV Screens. My brother and I

want to play Halo against each other. When I connect both

of them using a ethernet cable (Not Going Through a

Network, just direct XBOX-to-XBOX)My Evox does not get an

IP address and in settings it says "No Link!" I tried

everything from locking the HDD to setting "Static IP to: NO

and set up network to NO" What do I do?

me and my friends always play system link with a modded xbox and an unmodded xbox all the time. doubt you're using a crossover cable because it should auto-sense the xboxes when you select the system link option in halo...

Well the modded xbox has Halo on the HDD. And The un-

modded one, uses the actually game disc for Halo (This

game disc is the one I copied to my Modded XBOX HDD).

We can play when they are both hooked up to the router,

but they don't recognize each other at all when they are

hooked directly up to each other (XBOX-to-XBOX). How do I

get them to recognize each other?

CROSSOVER cable to go from one xbox to another directly

yea i had a feeling that dude wasnt using a crossover cable. prolly using regular network cable...
and yes, his sig is huge...
