I appreciate your help trying to steer my troubleshooting in the right direction but believe me it's not at all about the money.  It's a hobby just as some prefer to sit in a pub drinking beer.


BTW,  solved my issues...was a matter of settings being made in a user account were not being transfer thru when ftp programs were running under admin.


It's a sad state when the manner you are treated is based solely on the number of posts one has made...
