Xbox On 802.11b?

Would it just be coding a driver for the network card and using it as a part of remotex/evolutionx (and also adding settings to the evox.ini for the 2nd ip address, 64/128bit encryption and workgroup)   uhh.gif ?

I hope this is possible, it would be fast enough to stream movies and mp3s. Maybe not really optimized for games as it is only 11mbit/s but if you're patient it would still do it fine  biggrin.gif

Mines set up with my xbox pluged into my access point then my pc networks to the xbox thru that. seems to work ok, but for some reason sometimes when I transfer files to or from the xbox it will lose the signal. no idea why.

i got one of those wireless-g routers from linksys (sweet) that sits in my living room.  This is where my xbox is and my cable modem.  The cable modem and xbox are connected using ethernet cables and all the pc's in the house are connected using Wireless Cards.

I hooked mine up like this because i didn't want to spend the money on a wireless ethernet bridge.  Highly overpriced if you ask me.

Wireless bridge...

Linksys WET11 or D-Link DWL-810

I've been using the D-Link DWL-810 since the beginning of the year.  Works great for live and file transfers (not as fast as ethernet obviously but still good).  My XBox isn't in a spot that I can cable without great trouble and I already had wireless in my house so it was a perfect solution.
