What do you mean the "FTP option"? You should have FTP on anyway, I don't think it's changable without a reboot and I don't believe EvoX supports changing things while they are being used as such.

do you have the xbox ftp program installed?  If so then you don't have the correct path to it in your evox.ini file.

If you mean you can't ftp into your xbox, then check your ip address for your xbox and pc.

change ip to static.

however, you typically do not need to use evox to ftp.
you just use an ftp client on the pc - like flashFXP.

My bad.

just checked my evox.ini and it looks for it at F:AppsXBFTPdefault.xbe

The line in evox.ini is:
Item "X Box FTP Client","f:AppsXBFTPdefault.xbe"

Hope this helps.

This is my ini

[Network]

SetupNetwork   = Yes
StaticIP   = No
Ip      = 192.168.1.102
Subnetmask   = 255.255.255.0
Defaultgateway   = 192.168.0.1
DNS1      = 0.0.0.0
DNS2      = 0.0.0.0
SkipIfNoLink   = No
SetupDelay   = 10

I agree that you need the FTP application to be present on your harddrive. Your IPs also need to match. If your default gateway is 192.168.0.1, then your xbox IP should be 192.168.0.102 and not 192.168.1.102.

If you are using a crossover cable 192.168.0.1 should be the IP of your PC, and if you are using a router it should be the router's IP.
