Okay, so now i put my old hard drive in and i'm not getting this error.  

Do I need to unlock it or format it in my PC first?  Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

I replaced my HD with a 120gb maxtor using the d6.ejectfix bios.  no problems.  I install my buddies matrix and same bios with a maxtor 120gb (same drive) and now get this error.

It seems that it doesnt copy everything to the hard drive.  I can put his old HD back in and it works great (plays orginals and copies) but i put the other HD in and it give me error 16 and flashes red.


Any help would be appreicited.

Do you have the jumper pin on the HDD set to cable select?

Yeah I had the same error 16 problem, but once i put in my og HD and set the clock, it worked like a charm. Thanx for the info guys!!!
