Well first off I would like to thank all you guys who have put up all the info in the FAQ and Tutorial's section, it sure made modding and setting up my Xbox a fairly simple task!

Well to the nitty gritty, I have 2 fairly simple questions for you gurus out there 1. Is it possible for me so swap out my evox dash with the new version (all set up in the ini first of course) via ftp with only booting from the HD and not from disc?

2. in regards to the whole disc thing I have a Sammy drive and I have been told that fugi cd-r's work pretty well (if this is true I have no Idea I haven’t gotten my evox disc to work yet) but I have burned evox installer 2.0 to disc (not slayers) and I just cant get it to read, do I need to put a dummy file on the cd so it puts the data towards the edge? Or do I need different media? (Haven’t got different media yet as I still have 45 fugi cd's + being poor) and if I do need new media can anyone recommend a brand?

1: yes you can just ftp the new evox to your had drive.
2: not sure, i just ftp everything i need over.
