Have you tried releasing and renewing your ipconfig.
That's worth a shot! Try to get a halo party going! That'll tell if it's the box or not. Other than that I've got nothing for ya!

have u tried this...... it worked for me

set ip on xbox to static
default gateway 192.168.0.1
and make your IP 192.168.0.3
subnet mask 255.255.255.0

now on your pc go to Local Area connection,(the 2 computers down the bottom right corner on task bar) click on properties then click on properties for TCP/IP and  change the ip to 192.168.0.1 and the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 now when u boot evox and run FlashFXP (or whatever ftp) from pc do quick connect then 192.168.0.3 name xbox password xbox (or whatever password u made in evox.ini) and it should work..... sorry if i didnt explain right

1. there's a good tutorial about how to connect directly from xp to xbox - have you checked it out?

2. there's another great tutorial to connect using a ftp program (flashfxp) - use this if it still doesn't work after you followed tutorial mentionned under point 1

I have narrowed down the problem to either my Modchip, TSOP, or Motherboard.

I did this by taking my HD out and putting it in a friends box, maintaining the same settings and connected, and guess what, it works fine.

I have a damaged TSOP because i flashed a 256k bios to it, but does my X2Pro not bypass it completely? Could have also been my installer who put the chip in damaged the ethernet or something, but I get the greenlight on my ethernet port on the back of the XBOX and Evox recognizes that a 100/Full Duplex line is connected. Or It could be my bios, ive tried the latest Evox and Executer bioses so i doubt its that.

Suggestions always appreciated.

I have spoken with someone else who suggested to use the EEPROM of an XBOX that you know works. I took my cousins XBOX EEPROM and patched it over mine and still no connection. Once again I get a MAC Address, and IP and Line status in EVOX, but simply cannot connect.
