16 - dashboard - Other files to do with dashboard / dashboard settings (specific dashboard error)
very difficuolt to understand..
sounds like if some system file messed up. of course reformatting shoud fix it...

how could that happen from one minute working fine to totaly messed up the next minute.

is reformating the harddrive the best way to fix ths? i have the  C partitian backed up thats it what do i need to redo the hardrive.

boot from an evox cd, ftp it, and fix the problem, most likely your dash.xbe is messsed , or missing some files or the evox.ini is messed

so basicly its like i would be installing a new harddrive, so i would fowlow that tutorial. is there any other tutorials on other sites that i can check out too. related to formating the harddrive or error codes.

Same problem overhere, a friend asked my help but i can't  solve it. is it difficult to format the hd drive and installing again evox? or are there other solutions?

i checked to see if it could be that d0 point and its not because im using pc bioxx chip there is no conections to this point at all.

i think back to the night it happened and i was playing bond for like 3 hours straight saving and what not. i think some how thats got something to do with it. there is no other real explanation is there?

if you had this happen to you (error code 16) let me know how you fixed the problem, so i can get pointed in the right direction.

format the drive
reflash bios
d0 connection to ground

how did you do it and how did it happen to ya.
