If I use Media player , the movie keeps freezing and skips.

what version of XBMP are you using?

I ask as there is a new CVS version released almost daily.  Many bugs
are fixed.

See XBMP forum for more info  wink.gif

What does it suppose to do exactly ?

I tried putting in a DVD movie and it just stays on the Normal screen for Evox.

Tried restarting the Xbox with the DVD movie in it but still does the same.

BTW I'm using Slayers Auto installer V2 if that matters, thanks.

Thanks Nufan for the help.

I tried changing my Evox ini file to what you said , but it doesn't seem to do anything  unsure.gif

Maybe in evox.ini ste autoplay DVD to "Yes" if you want the DVD to start automatically.
Maybe press the run (or is it start, or launch?) DVD buttun in EVOX if you don't want it to start automatically.

I hope the slayers auto installer didn't rename your XBOXdash, else you will need to find out how it's called now.

But first try tip 1 or 2

the forward slashes here are actually backslashes in my evoX.ini but i changed them here so they show up for you (backslashes dont show up in this forum i think)

\'s are comonly control chars so in programming (and a few other places) a \ and the character after it are interperted at a single character such as a TAB or CR. \\ will be interpreted as a regular \
