ok, i have successfully launched slayer's evolutionx with a cdrw on a thomson drive. Here is what i've done so far:

1. took out original hdd and installed WD 80gighdd 7200rpm.
2. loaded slayer's evolution x
3. ?
4. ?

and that's it. Well how do you run games from the hdd now?what do i do now? do i rebuild the hdd first? do i flash the TSOP? what is step 3 and the rest of the steps so i can play games off the hdd?

Have you formatted the drive to meet the requirements of XBOX and you will never need to flash the TSOP, dont bother trying.  You might F*** up the xbox for life;.

Take some time to learn about the ExoX.ini

Copy your games to a folder called "Games" on the E or F partition.
Make sure the "auto add items"  for the games directory points towards the

e:\games
or
f:\games

folder and Evox will auto add the games to the list.
Evox uses the default.xbe of each game to get the name.
Same with the Apps and EMU's

do i have to FTP my xbox before i can play games off the hdd.

ok, i just installed a new hdd. booted up with slayer's. Now what do i do? what is the next step?

take one step at a time. If ne of u guys have aim, do you mind leaving ur screename so i can talk to you faster?

p.s.-remember..my hdd is new and installed. SO I DONT HAVE ANYTHING IN THE Hdd. I was wondering what to do next.
