Well all I really want is for someone to give me some files from their own C:/ to make mine work. plz

You do realise your looking at around 800mb in total

Your best bet would be to find a mate with a chipped Xbox, and copy his dashboard files.

THEN MAKE A BACKUP!

Xbox live screwed ms dashboard up. I tried updating it again and it deleted the files. It won't boot evox from hd. When I am in evox it still sees the evox cd i used to boot even though I have a different disc in. I can try to refresh but it makes no difference. Therefore i cannot backup anymore games

800 mb are you nuts or what,My backup of my evox c: drive is only 103 mb!

hey that gives me an interesting idea. Can I also have the Xbox Main Files (c: drive and whatever else is needed) Even if its 800MB why should it matter they make backups of 5Gb games lol. Anyways that would be cool if someone had it or could post it

how do i know if it is a pal or not?

it depends on where you live... NTSC or whatever is US, PAL I think is japan, but I am not sure. would it matter with a modded xbox?

In an unmodded xbox a pal xbox won't play US retail games etc and it used to be where a pal xbox won't play on US tv's, but more of the newer tvs are comming with multiple standards (ntsc, pal, etc)
