I has the shit scared out of me on this install. It was showing the animation flubber the first time I turned it on. Went to the error screen, I shut it off. 2nd try, same thing, just like my mod chip had gone bad. 3rd times the charm. It works fine now, and I have reset it about a dozen times since to be sure. IGR works great. Now there is no need to flash my bios.

hello i just installed evox and it boots up to the screen. but the msdashboard. doesnt do anything.need help

                                    Did you re-name the defualt.xbe to xboxdash.xbe?
After you ftp'ed it to your C: drive?

call it "msdash.xbe"

inciter , you need to be in Mode 4 to flash the bios .
__ the dash works fine here and ftp speeds are the same as using the previous EvoX dash .

I just installed the new dash and flashed the D.6 bios on my Matrix today; works great; although it is lacking in the controller-s IGR feature and fanCbox doesn't support the D.6 BIOS yet to do all the noani/colormod/etc. stuff.

I wonder if there are any issues with this BIOS and certain games like the X-2 bios...

hiredmuscle, that's what I did; just copied my menu section over and a few other things I had changed.  I still haven't tested out my transfer speeds...
