When it gets fast, it gets pixelated..

If it's not compressed, maybe it's the player at fault.

Ok lets make things easyer, do you thing porn dvds are encoded different then the newer dvd movies, for example any porn vob files is fine, but any new movies (gold member) is just blank.  Any thoughts?

What VOB player are you using?  Some VOB players just don't work good.  PowerDVD is the only one I use and it still isn't 100% perfect.

Surely it's an encryption problem. Most (but not all) of the frames are encrypted. When you RIP on a PC, you have to use a program that de-crypts the data as it reads it (like DVDDecrypter). You can't just copy the VOB files. I suspect your porn movies are not encrypted so they RIP OK.

Cool, i figured it out, its so simple, xbox copy does not decrypt vobs, yet you would think so due to the games being on dvd's, simple use copy game to get the vob's on the HD then ftp them to your PC HD then use a decryter like smartripper but make sure you get the whole video dir on the dvd, you need the video_ts file.
