Need Help Patching Bios Files . . .

Would like some help with patching BIOS files.

I have EvoX V2.6_EjectFix - V1.0.bin and xecuter2_xbox1.0_256k.bin. I am using fanCbox 0.45.

When I try to patch BIOS file everything can be changed except for Boot to Partition.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Any advice on why this happens?

Is the RC4 specific to a Type of BIOS Chip or BIOS File or what exactly is its role ????
