Xbcopy

i installed xbcopy on my xbox and put it on the menu.ini and all that good stuff. when i start it up, all i get is a blue screen and no options, i've been looking everywere for a tutorial on how to use it to see if this is supposed to happen (i dont think so) and cant find anything. whats wrong with it?? fyi, the xbcopy zip i got came with 3 files and a .txt file (default.xbe, debugfont.xpr, font.xpr, changes.txt) are all those files correct or am i missin somethin??

When its properly functioning, you get a blue screen that says

warning warning warning warning
Do not shut off xbox during file transfer
warning warning warning warning

press start to dump dvd/vcd to hard drive (or something like that)



files in folder:
changes.txt   317K  (not necessary)
default.xbe   180,224K (this is the main file.  It must be named this)
Media/ (directory)
Media/debugfont.xpr 69,632K
Media/font.xpr            69,632

thank u for that perfect description, it helped me out tremendously. i didnt have the 2 last files in the media directory, i just thad them and the default.xbe in one directory. (i no im an idot). thanx again
