I checked the usual places and could not find a x2 v1.0 4973 E/F-boot bios in either 256k or 1mb.  Someone assist?

I am starting to think there is something 'special' about the X2 final bioses that are keeping them from booting other partitions.  I have yet to see a FINAL version able to boot from E/F.

From the 4972 Readme :

We've now included auto search for evoxdash.xbe THEN nexgen.xbe and THEN it will load xboxdash.xbe
if neither of the previous two are found (in that order).

I assume that if whatever.xbe was on whatever partition it would be found.
Will try this out soon.

I had a look at the bios image of 4973 v1.0 and there are references to the harddisk0\partition2 which is drive C:

I'm sure if the partition is changed to harddisk0\partition6 then and the appropriate dashboard xbe file is placed in drive F: then the bios will boot from that drive.
