xbcopy is a good prog, my favorite.  the only thing i don't like about it, is that it names the folder of the game you rip to something like xbcopy001 and so on, but not that big of a deal, i just ftp into the box and rename it to the correct name of the game.

The PX HD Loader is better.

1.Load app
2.put in game
3. hit copy
4. select the game you want from the list is generates

You don't  need a PC because it's self contained.

are you still using the stock hd or have you upgraded??  if you are using the stock hd you will want to put the games on the e drive, not f.  you only put games on the f drive once you upgrade your hd.
