I can download at 10MB/sec from my hdd and upload between 1.5-2.5mb/sec.

1) Try to make sure your ftp program has no limit on the upload.
2) Try to make sure you are in 100MB Full Dumplex Mode.
3) Try to make sure that you got a standard RJ-45 Straight-Through/Cross-Over cable(depending on your set-up).
4) Make sure you have the right settings on both EvoX and your computer.
5) Make sure to use windows update and have all drivers up-to-date.

Those are all the things that might help. Peace

I had the same problem.
changing the ip address helped, set the xbox to a static ip and set the default gateway to the ip of the machine your connecting from.
I also changed from 10 base to 100.

hmm. thnx but I tried it all. :(

"200 Type set to IMAGE."  I think this is part of the problem. Has anyone here gotten that message when transferring files? (in your ftp-client)

edit: I just noticed that it's only slow when I download from my Xbox..  not the other way.

Even stranger.. :(

One: turn off passive mode (in the options, or in the settings for your xbox-connection (in FlashFXP)
