Just FYI: Error Codes - Superfro

13 - kernel - Dashboard launch fail (due to missing/bad key, or anything else that would prevent it from running) and the dashboard didn't specify why it failed.

20 - kernel - The dashboard was attempted to load and failed; It was a cold boot, and the dashboard didn't specify why it failed, but it (for some reason) needed to be noted that the dvd passed the challenge/response authentication

It's almost def that the modchip got knocked loose... i've installed the matrix myself and whenever i carry it around it comes loose... whats weird about this is that the green led can still be on but the matrix is still not aligned perfectly....jus move it slightly and try to push down on it (the real problem is sometimes not all the pogo's are actually touching)...but not too hard...

I've had the same thing happen.  It'll be green but not working.  No alignment is usually needed I just push the chip down to get a good connection.

Seriously though ,
Probably the chip itself , but ...
What version of Evo-X are you using on the box ?
Did you leave the FLASH Bios in Evo-X with the bins and leave the chip in mode 4 [ I hope not ] .
Are you using yboxdash or evoxdash ?

I hate these so called plugin mod chips as they will come loose sooner or later.
I have a homebrew modchip that is soldered in and will never come loose beerchug.gif  jester.gif
