I used the skin designer yesterday, and it is too easy! Very cool program, even an idiot like me can use it.

I was wondeing if there would ever be video compatibility for the main page?

So instead of using images for the screens you could use an avi, mpeg, etc. Much like how designing menus for DVDs works...

                                    Its hard coded into the dashboard. I mean, it IS possible to have animation and sound on the dashboard - just look at the OEM dashboard. There's just not support for USER defined items like this in the "skins".

It could be done, it's just not available with that dashboard.
