I guess it's a no go for this release from a new group.

The iso is an ordinary iso (xIso does not unpack it, winimage, winiso can) not an xbox iso.

When unpacked it runs on a pal xbox but with 50% sound, crashes and 'your disc is dirty' warnings.

So it's a very bad release in my opinion

dude it is not a iso at all........it is all the files rared together, packed as teg-confl.iso.....just use winrar again to unpack all files into your conflict folder........ Hope this helps you (mvdzwaan), but that is not my prob. I think my box will not run pal games anymore....I got 5 other games that I beleive are pal versions(2 are for sure) that will not run anymore since I change bios from xtender to evo.

Had no problem unpacking it (did not know winrar does normal iso's as well, always used winimage for this).

But anyway, the unpacked files (930+Mb) placed on HD will not run properly.

Game starts, some missions will start, but again, crashes, no sounds, etc.etc.

does the evo. bios play pal games?

I found out.....I got evo 2.2 bios, does it run pal on ntsc?

I've got a total of 6 games now that will not play anymore.....I know that at least 3 of them are pal games....I'm wondering if changing the bios is what caused this......I can not remember if the last time I played them was before or after I changed from xtender 1.1 to evo 2.2.......

ok listen your problems is because u need to extract the udf data from the cd, not the iso data, load the iso up in daemon tools, then go to that cd drive and copy all the files to a folder, then ul that folder to your xbox, i bet you it will work much better now =)

it can read udf formatted discs, and its not even a xbox format iso that teg made, its a udf disc, i got the daemon tools info from one of teg-psx's members after i complained of the same no sound and dirty disc error, now ive been playing from hdd for 3 days now =)

1st for burnmaster : I was wrong, I'm using Evo 2.2 on PAL xbox (not 2.3) and have no problems

2nd for SniperKilla : Thanks for the tip. Isobuster indeed shows an ISO file system and an UDF filesystem (but can't extract it).

I just used Daemon Tools, copied the data over and will test on xbox in a minute !

Extracted UDF image works here as well. No problems anymore.

Thanks SniperKilla

Can someone explain WHY there are sound problems when extracting it as an ISO and why the sound is ok when you extract the UDF bit instead...?

I would have thought that if the files extract then they are ok.. is there something about the data being corrupted when extracting as an ISO..?

with the daemon tools, are ya'll burning on dvd first, and then extracting udf data?  or are you just loading up the iso from hd and then extracting?

and.... will the same method work for ncaa 2k3's .gi image?
