I suppose the easiest way would be to burn the EvoX.  Boot up with your new EvoX cd.  Install EvoX to your hard drive according to one of the numerous FAQs going around.  Now, using an FTP Program (like FlashFXP), transfer the menu.ini file over to the hardrive.  I believe it gets saved in /c .
