okay, first of all...not all dvd-r/rw work. each drive is picky, and reads media differently.
i'm not surprised xISO shows up as not responding...it's so busy building the iso file that it doesn't have time to respond to windows.
i've used 80 min memorex cd-rws and they work fine for me, but they don't work for everyone.
i've heard xISO is really buggy. i use xboxisotool, and never have any problems.
