Why Is My Ftp Slow With Certain Files...

When I FTP from my PC to my xbox, if I fxp a game it goes at around 1,200 - 1,700 kbs, now I am uploading an AVI video and it goes at 208kbps, what the hell??  how do I make it go faster?

I'm using Flash FXP...
