grr, stupid geocities... in order to download the file you need to paste the link into your browser, clicking the link will say the file is unavailable. I'll try to find a better place to host it and post a new link.

It just happens at random times... and sometimes I can't close the program... weird.  I'm using Windows XP BTW.  Is that what you're using?  (I've noticed most programmers and hackers like Windows 98SE or 2000).

Just some thoughts...

I'm wicked scared to use these programs though... a screwed up menu.ini (screwed by my own stupidity that is) can really cause problems.  Usually I make a local file and then check it afterward to ensure it will work.  I don't think I would ever just do it straight from the Xbox.

They're both great ideas though, and very useful... Actually one of the first true utilities written from scratch and not yanked from the XDK.

yeah, i do all my dev on a win2k box, but i do have an xp machine i can get to, so im gonna give it a whirl on that one and see if i can track down whatever causing the wierdness. I know what you mean about being worried about bad menu.ini files, thats why I put the raw text section in there, its just not updating yet. I think I'll probably make it an option where it will let you see the text before it sends it to the xbox.
