sounds shitty. I had some problems w/xbox crashing using FlashFXP. I downloaded the newest version of FlashFXP and problem solved! It hasn't crashed once!

I think that it is a good idea to back-up your 'f' partition, re-format it & restore your files back on. Reminds me of the Dos/Windows world when you get corrupted files due to a bad shutdowns & buggy programs writing data to badly created directories etc(When this happened, you would get inaccurate drive readings also....until you ran disk-doctor etc). Being that the earlier version of FlashFXP was not writing data properly, it was probaly the culprit.

Thanks for the tips guys.

After I cleared off the F Drive of my two backups, I only had 2.9 gigs free.

Can you believe that? There was NOTHING on the drive and I only had 2.9 gigs free.

I reformatted and got back to 110 GB free.

So, I have come up with a temporary solution. Since I want to load up the F Drive with backups and not have to reformat the drive to get space back. I use FlashFXP to upload my stuff to the E drive, then use BO Explorer to move it to F. So far I have got about 6 backups over there and have not lost any space.

I have to re-format E now but I still haven't restored my UDATA and TDATA so no loss yet.

It's a lame way but it works.

If anybody has any other ideas/solutions, I would love to hear them.

Umm, try downloading cuteftp or cuteftp pro. They work faster for me (I dont know why) and I have never had any problems yet. Hope that helps.
