I just soft modded and backed up all of my files but then when i tried to play a game the tray stopped half way hen opened and i got an error 13, i looked into it and now im having problems with the xboxhdm tool iv looked at pretty much all of the tuts but non explain the problem.

I get my eeprom in the right folder  i have Slayer 2.6 iso in the c:/ folder but when i try to make the iso the command promt pops up for a split second and thats it, no iso is made for burning or anything
