you could try opening up the iso file, adding a bunch of files to it to make the total disc size bigger, then reburning (either as a data cd, or by recompiling an iso)

i just put mine on a verbatim and it worked make sure you use the right settings in primo dvd (mode 2048) or in nero write it raw. but now i cant work out how 2 connect... 1 step at a time i guess

i used a phillips cdrw (the only one i have cause it came with my burner, lol)

burned .ISO w/Nero and worked great

btw, i added the menu.ini before i burned the disc..

sounds like you might have bad solder connections. and to put more than just the iso on a disc, you need to break open the iso (xISO or xboxisotoolkit 1.1), add more files to it, and recompile the iso if necessary.
