Get yourself a copy of Radtools - http://www.radgametools.com/
It can really downsample video, but it does take a while with very big files.

Hey Alanrob, I got radtools. Just not sure how to use it.  Does anyone know if you can downsample Madden 2003?  I dont think you can.  I open up the folder and there is nothing I can open.  Theres a Movedat.dat file, but it cant be opened with radtools.  So Im not sure.  Thanks for help! Keith
