Same problem....my original TSOP flashed with Complex 1.02 bios. When I boot the Linux ISO CD my box show a black screen but I cannot ping my xbox!!! My home lan works fine and with evolutionx i can ping xbox without problems (no lan probs then...)
I've tryed to ping 192.168.0.64 but nothing......
sigh...only a black screen.....
Any suggestion??

I have the same problem that everyone has with the linux for xbox.  I even used the new version for enigmah which I have.  I change my network address in evo to 192.168.0.64 just for testing.  I can ping from my computer when evo is up, but when I boot linux from cd or hdd I can't ping it.  Nothing works with this version of Linux.  I would assume that I should be able to use this version of linux for xbox, because it is fixed for enigmah chips or maybe not.
