Games Freeze When Played From Hdd

This is what I heard.

1. Make sure you transfer the games completeley without any fails. I use windows commander to do what they called a compare or synchronize. I do this with the original DVD on the xbox and the game on my computer drive. The program  will make sure that all files on both places are identical.

2. If you are erasing constantly from your xbox drive it seems that since you can't defrag the xbox drive it will start to have problems looking for some files. (This is just speculation I can't confirm this). I don't have any problems to date... but...haven't erase a single game from my drive 40+.

Try setting the watch.

check available disk space.
