Well the 2.3 bios isn't even an official EvoX release. These new bios' don't really give any huge additional benefits over v2.2. I'm going to wait to try out 2.3 untill I really need to update.

When u install the evo x 2.3 do u use the 2.2 dash and the 2.2 cd or u have a 2.3 cd that u use now. I am confused on this

I think you're confusing the Bios with the software. The Evox dash is at version 1.8.*** (can't remember exact number). The existing Evox Dash will work with the newer BIOS releases. I updated my PC-BioXX to 2.3 yesterday and everything works great.
