Did you use XBCopy to transfer it across to your Hard drive? I was using that and getting alot of games freezing on me, but when I used Evo X to transfer it, they all work fine. Maybe that program is your problem. Use boXplorer v 0.95 if you want to use only your xbox to transfer. That may help!

Some versions of the game have 3 language versions on the dvd,
check and copy everything but the other language dir's.
Maybe your partition is full, because of the large amount of data (4.x gb)
