No

Well, I think adding a little more detail to answers will help educate people better than saying "no"

Here's what I know:

Each XBOX comes with a HD that has an ATA password on it.  Not only can't you install it in a PC, you can't even swap it into another XBOX.

You can however have the matching XBOX unlock it after power-up and with the power still connected you can uplug the data cable and plug a PC data cable while the PC is stopped before detecting the IDE devices.
Once you continue the detection the PC will recognize the (temporarily unlocked) XBOX HD.

There seems to be an ATA password tool floating arround but I doubt it lets you change the default password on the drive without knowing what it is in the first place.  I could be wrong here so if anyone else has more info on this and can elaborate (rather than just saying "no") I would be helpfull.
