I'll answer your question anyway. Unless Rockstar Games releases the source code, it's not going to happen.... and I doubt that's a game they'll release the source, it seems to be somewhat popular and people are still buying the games.
Sorry. I'd like to see it too, but for now it's just a wet dream.
