Well, burning a CD with EvoX AND the fresh menu.ini file. I sure hope this works.

Worked.


People... always put the "clean" Menu.ini file on your Evo-X discs!!! Otherwise it will use the one on C drive, and that *CAN* be a disaster!! (Yes, the CD copy of Evo-X goes to C drive to look for menu.ini if there isn't one on the CD, thus continuing the problem)

hmm...i never thought of that...i know i had the same perpetuating problem before, and i thought the cd-rws i burned (without menu.ini) were just not being read by the xbox...i'll keep that in mind...thanks!
