Hark!   i rewired the mod and i can now load all my hd backups  but no use of the cd drive.    I'm still semi-functional!   if i can somehow complete the flash maybe i'll be back on my feet.

09 error means that the xbox was unable to write the bios. Have you checked your jumper soldering?? If its not soldered correctly, you can get that kind of error.

That may be your problem! Check it out and tell us about it!
