If you people would try this stuph out you'd learn without needing to ask here.. (you really can't hurt your xbox with any of this stuph, other than flashing).. Anyways, you need to copy the ENTIRE game, and maintain the directory structure.

If you're hurting for space, "XDemos" folders can be deleted with no consequence, and audio/video can be downsampled.

Space isn't the issue but thank you for the reply.  I think I have a bad copy of the one game I tried it with as you suggested.  I will try something I have already burned to dvd and see if it works.
