i make two copys of halo one with the folder and one without the
xdemos folder and as stated before, the demos menu option disapears!!

As I stated in the original post, I'm fully aware that I'm able to delete the folders if I wanted to...

If you guys tried more games than HALO on your xbox you'd see that some game s(ie: amped and bloodwake) have the demo option hard coded into the main menu... If you click it then, having deleted the folder, the xbox falls on it's face... I'd like to prevent this by having the demos (that have to be there) in tact, just with drastically downsampled video.

All I need is for someone to have an older version of rad video tools. :/

exactly!! delete the folders!! who would want to downsample a demo??waste of time! just dont choose it..

You people are genuine idiots.. If someone doesn't do something your way, they must be wrong.. Ever consider the option that's there's LOTS of movies in all the games that could be downsampled?? Christ, this fuckin place is another isonews already.. Fuckin 15 year olds.

I managed to find it after much digging, tested it out and the audio works fine on xbox.. Hope urls are allowed, and to reminds the mods, this software is 100% freeware.. no piracy here..

I tried downsampling a logo, and also putting a nice tasteful Angelina Jolie topless scene as a "logo" at the beginning of Tony Hawk 3 (which I conveniently had on the HD, thanks BB).

The res was something like 640 by 448. I decided not to risk it, so I made the clip the same exact size.
