You can do as Blackout13 says or you can Install a new HomeBrew Evo-X chip and not worry about Flashing the actual on board bios [ which is safer but more time consuming ] .

I haven't actually tried the swap yet but I am 99% sure I am can do it. I am located in San Diego. There are also tutorials on how to do it. Save your 120 GB HD for your computer where you can do more with it.
