You can only flash a homebrew chip, and it is only to switch the hard drive.  Enigmahs don't work with the bios.

I have same setup as you, and the Enigma works fine. You cannot flash the enigma itself, but you CAN flash the xbox's bios right in the xbox. Whether you want to do this is up to you. The xbox origional bios is around on the net for a backup. You have to disable teh Enigma chip in order to do this, pins 15, 21 I believe (not sure if you switch them or what). and then have to jumper a couple spots on the xbox board and then u can flash straight from evox dashboard.  I havn't talked with anyone who's flashed their xboxs bios. So do it at your own risk
