biggrin.gif. We've had that boxes 1 year ago. But I'm gonna stand on my head to get that new box... But I am afraid that Crystals will arrive at the end of march to my town  dry.gif . Anybody in Germany? Its easy to get them there (fe. in Aachen).

geezus.... I'm looking through the thread and everyone is crapping their pants to get one of these.. it's an XBOX people.. it's got a translucent case. Kinda cool...would be better if the metal shield on the upper part of the case didn't obstruct the view of the motherboard..

Can't someone mould inject a clear case for a regular XBOX? Figure whoever is making the cases can be inspired to sell them as replacements for broken cases??

I'd maybe buy one of those...

I'm not convinced that's due to the actual kernel fragging though - a repacked bios might work.

Why not have see through dvd,s and cables as well ?
or why not invisible hard drive, that way you can see your motherboard.

O.K. guys. I'm new to this XBox thing and I would never buy a game console just as that. But after digging myself into the info I decided that a modded Xbox is definately worthwhile. So went ahead and pre-ordered a crystal xbox. Since I'm buying one anyway it might as well look cool I thought. Now I read everywhere that this crystal thing has a new videochip and a new bios. As far as I know it might even be a new motherbord or whatever.
I'm looking for advice of the knowlegable members here.

Should I cancel the order while I still can and buy a regular Xbox or do you guys think this version will be mod-able in a very short time and there should be no problem.

Thanks for reactions in advance.
