so i pluged in the 616t with the method of just using the drive to read discs while still having the original aboa drive installed to send the TRIN and TROUT signals just to test to see if it reads discs, and it should be able to correct? .....well i just get the message that it can't read the dicsc,  i tried of all types......also was tried on a modded and unmodded v1.0 xbox ...... i also flashed it with the new FW and reversed the motor to allow the drive to open. and still no luck.........if i continue to solder the 4 wires i fear it will still not be able to read the discs. where am i going wrong here? thanks a lot for all of your time. -Gus
